With bolt cutters instead of scissors, a bike chain "ribbon" is cut on the newly completed Oak Leaf Trail pedestrian bridge on Aug. 15, as the Village of Shorewood celebrated with it's County, State, local businesses and other partners in the completion of the Capitol Drive construction, renovation and landscaping project.
